The use limitation in the Public Utilities zone is that container storage as a principal use shall not be permitted. Accessory container storage and/or stacking shall be permitted in conjunction with intermodal facilities and railroad terminals and yards and shall be limited to a total of two containers per stack or a maximum height of 25 feet above grade level, whichever is less, and shall be heavily screened in accordance with 19:4-8.9.
