This chapter is promulgated by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (the Authority) to implement section 6 of the Offshore Wind Economic Development Act, P.L. 2010, c. 57, as amended (the Act), which authorizes the Authority to approve up to $ 350 million, based on the amount of uncommitted tax credits under the New Jersey Aspire Program and the Emerge Program pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:1B-362(b)(1)(f) and (h), in tax credits for the development of qualified wind energy facilities in the State.
