The rules in this chapter are promulgated by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority ("EDA" or "Authority") to implement the Grow New Jersey Assistance Act, P.L. 2011, c. 149 (the Act). The Act establishes the Grow New Jersey Assistance Program (the Program), administered by the Authority, to encourage economic development and job creation and to preserve jobs that currently exist in New Jersey but which are in danger of being relocated outside of the State.
