Section 19:31P-1.4 - Requests for applications and renewal applications

(a) All application requests shall be made to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, 36 West State Street, PO Box 990, Trenton, NJ 08625, on forms and/or in a manner prescribed by the Authority.

(b) Annual renewal applications by applicants satisfying the criteria of N.J.A.C. 19:31P-1.3 shall be required to be submitted annually within 45 days prior to the expiration date of the energy sales tax exemption.
