Section 19:31G-1.15 - Public record

All information submitted to the Department and/or the Authority as part of an application for financial assistance or grant shall be deemed a public record subject to the provisions at P.L. 1963, c. 73 (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.).
