Section 19:30-4.5 - Violation

A violation of the provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed a violation of 34:11-56.2 5 et seq. and 12:60-5.1, and the Internal Process Management unit in the EDA shall refer the determination of violation proceeding to the Authority unit that administers the Authority financial assistance to determine if the commitment to, or offer of, Authority financial assistance should be withdrawn, terminated and/or repaid.
