Section 19:30-3.9 - Chief Executive Officer to enforce regulations

The Chief Executive Officer may require applicants for Authority financial assistance to make such additional representations to the Authority and to enter into such covenants and agreements with the Authority as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this subchapter, including requiring such applicant to require by contract any landlord not exempted by 19:30-3.4 to comply with this subchapter. The Chief Executive Officer shall take such steps as are necessary to ensure compliance with this subchapter.
