Section 19:25-25.5 - Business entity duty to report to Commission(a) A business entity that has entered into a contract with a State agency in the Legislative Branch, a county, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or a municipality, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, which contract has an anticipated value in excess of $ 17,500 and was not awarded pursuant to a fair and open process, shall have a continuing duty to report to the Commission any contribution or contributions that are made during the duration of the contract in violation of 19:25-25.2.(b) The report of a contribution or contributions made during the duration of a contract in violation of N.J.A.C. 19:25-25.2 shall be filed with the Commission by means of a letter and shall include:1. The name and address of the business entity that made the contribution or contributions;2. The name and address of the candidate committee or joint candidates committee to which the contribution was made;3. The amount and date of each contribution; and4. Information identifying the contract which shall include, but not be limited to, the name of the government entity with whom the contract is made, the purpose of the contract, and term of the contract.N.J.
