Section 19:25-21.4 - Annual fee

(a) Each registered professional campaign fund raiser shall pay an annual fee of $ 1,000, which shall be received by the Commission no later than January 31st for the calendar year which began on the preceding January 1st.

(b) The $ 1,000 annual fee shall also be applicable to each individual employed by a professional campaign fund raiser who is employed, retained, or engaged for monetary compensation of at least $ 5,000 per year in the aggregate to perform for any candidate or committee, or both, any service directly related to the solicitation of contributions for that candidate or committee, or both, and who meets either of the registration criteria at 19:25-21.2(a). The $ 1,000 fee shall be received by the Commission no later than January 31st for the calendar year which began on the preceding January 1st.
