Section 18:7-1.13 - Regulated investment company; definition(a) "Regulated investment company" means any corporation which for a period covered by its return is registered and regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (54 Stat. 789), as amended. (See 15 U.S.C. §§ 80a-1 et seq.)(b) A regulated investment company may also qualify as an investment company.N.J. Admin. Code § 18:7-1.13
