Section 18:5-12.4 - Disorderly persons violations(a) The following are considered disorderly person violations subject to a penalty of not more than a $1,000 fine, or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both: 1. Failure to produce invoices of all cigarettes purchased or received;2. Prevent or hinder the making of a cigarette inventory, examination, and full inspection of any place where cigarettes are sold or stored, or the inspection of invoices, books, records, or papers required to be kept; or3. Interfering with the administration of the Act. 18:5-12.5N.J. Admin. Code § 18:5-12.4
