Section 18:38-6.1 - Registration requirements

(a) Any person subject to the litter control fee at the time the person commences or opens a new place of business is required to register as a litter control fee payer on Form NJ-REG, Application for Business Registration, at least 15 business days prior to the commencement or opening of such business.

(b) Any person who is already registered and files returns under any laws administered by the Division, and becomes subject to the litter control fee, must complete and file Form REG-C-L, Change of Registration Information.
