Section 18:3-5.5 - Bond approval necessary for license to be issued

Upon the acceptance and approval of the application and bond, the Director shall notify the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control who shall issue a license permitting the conduct of business as a licensee, provided that the applicant is in compliance with the statutory and administrative requirements of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
