Section 18:3-2.7 - Sales and deliveries for vinegar stock not taxable

No tax imposed is payable on any sale or delivery by a State licensee of alcoholic beverages intended for use and actually used in the manufacture of vinegar. (See N.J.A.C. 18:3-8.14 and 8.15)
