Section 18:28-3.8 - Assistance to surviving registered domestic partner

Where necessary, a surviving registered domestic partner may seek the assistance of the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs in obtaining any necessary documentation from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs so as to qualify for the disabled veterans/deceased servicepersons exemption.
