Section 18:27-2.1 - Character of the veteran's property tax deduction

Veterans' honorably discharged or released under honorable circumstances from active service in time of war, or the surviving spouses, surviving civil union partners, or surviving domestic partners of such Veterans', are granted a tax deduction on the real or personal property, or both, in which they have a legal interest.
