Section 18:26-12.1 - General powers of Director

The Director, Division of Taxation, New Jersey Department of the Treasury, is authorized and empowered to administer the New Jersey transfer inheritance tax and estate tax laws, and make and enforce any rules and regulations deemed necessary, pursuant to N.J.S.A 54:50-1.
