Section 18:24-7.16 - Issuance and acceptance of resale and exemption certificates

Motor vehicle dealers in issuing or accepting certificates, affidavits, or other documentary evidence as a basis for exemption from any tax imposed by 54:32B-1 et seq. are subject to the rules set forth in subchapter 11 of this chapter.
