Section 18:24-6.1 - Scope of subchapter

This subchapter is intended to clarify the application of the Sales and Use Tax Act, 54:32B-1 et seq., to sales of clothing, footwear, protective equipment, sport or recreational equipment, accessories, and certain services performed upon clothing and footwear.
