Section 18:24-16.8 - Purchase of vending machine contents without tax payment; resale certificate

A seller may purchase tangible personal property, food, or drink for sale through vending machines without payment of the sales tax provided the seller issues a Resale Certificate (Form ST-3) or other approved form to the supplier.
