Section 18:2-4.9 - Registered or certified mail deemed prima facie evidence of delivery

If any document or payment is sent by United States registered or certified mail, such registration or certification shall be prima facie evidence that the document was delivered to the director, bureau, office, officer or person to which or to whom addressed. The timeliness of such document or payment delivered as evidenced by such registration or certification shall be determined under the provisions of 18:2-4.1 0.
