Section 18:18-2.4 - Request for hearing upon refusal to grant license

(a) Any person who makes application for a license or the renewal thereof may:

1. Within five days after refusal by the Director make a written request for a hearing; and

2. Shall then appear for a hearing conducted pursuant to the terms of the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq.
