Section 18:18-12.11 - Obtaining tax-free fuel illegally from U.S. Government, State of New Jersey, any political subdivision of the State, or department or agency of either for disposal

It is unlawful for any person to use or conspire with any government official, agent, or employee for the use of any requisition, purchase order, or any card or any authority to which he or she is not specifically entitled by government regulations for the purpose of obtaining any such fuel, upon which the tax has not been paid.
