Section 18:17-1.4 - Application notarization; fees

(a) An application will not be considered unless it is signed by the applicant, notarized, and accompanied by a fee in the amount of $ 10.00 made payable to the "State Treasurer."

(b) A successful applicant is required to pay a fee of $ 25.00 made payable to the "State Treasurer" in order to obtain a tax assessor certificate.
