Persons to whom administrative functions have been delegated, and the specific functions delegated to such persons, shall be identified in an administrative summary maintained by the Plan Administrator. Service agreements and other records or information pertaining to the administration of the ACTS may be included or incorporated by reference in the administrative summary. The administrative summary may be modified from time to time. A modification of the administrative summary is not an amendment of the ACTS
