Section 17:6-16.22 - Venue

If any person bound by the Program under N.J.A.C. 17:6-16.1 5 or otherwise brings any proceeding against the Plan Administrator or the Board, such person submits to exclusive venue in the New Jersey courts sitting at Trenton, New Jersey.
