Section 17:5-5.13 - Compulsory retirement

(a) Except as provided for at P.L. 2021, c. 428, compulsory retirement at age 55 is applicable to all members.

(b) Compulsory retirement will be effective on the first day of the month following the member's 55th birthdate.
