Section 17:34-1.1 - Purpose
(a) These rules outline the basic procedures for publishing fee schedules for bulk access to commercial recording records and reports maintained by the State's filing officer, the State Treasurer, and the designated filing office, the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services. The rules also set forth procedures for obtaining records in bulk from the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services and the specific circumstances under which direct cost alternatives may apply to bulk access requests.
(b) Generally, these rules are designed to foster greater understanding and awareness of this access option.
