Section 17:30A-7.9 - ATC location; satellite sites prohibited

(a) An ATC shall conduct all operations authorized by the Act at the address(es) identified on the permit issued by the Commission. The Commission shall not authorize or permit dispensing operations at any satellite locations. However, an ATC, as approved by the Commission, may cultivate marijuana at a location separate from the location where the ATC shall dispense the marijuana, but both locations shall be within the same region.

1. The ATC permit shall identify the physical address(es) of the ATC site(s).

2. The Commission shall conduct an onsite assessment of each proposed ATC site prior to permit issuance.

(b) This chapter does not prohibit a political subdivision of this State from limiting the number of ATCs that may operate in the political subdivision or from enacting reasonable local ordinances applicable to ATCs.
