Section 17:30A-7.4 - Submission to the jurisdiction of the State
(a) Prior to the issuance of any permit to an ATC, every principal officer, owner, director, and board member of the ATC must execute a certification stating that he or she submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey and agrees to comply with all the requirements of the laws of the State of New Jersey pertaining to the Commission. An ATC shall maintain copies of such certifications at the ATC's principal office, which shall be located within the State of New Jersey.
(b) Failure to establish or maintain compliance with the requirements of this section shall constitute sufficient cause for the denial, suspension, or revocation of any permit issued to an ATC.
