Section 17:30-13.2 - Cannabis distributor authorized conduct(a) A cannabis distributor holding a Class 4 Cannabis Distributor license issued by the Commission shall be authorized to: 1. Transport intrastate unusable cannabis between cannabis cultivators and cannabis manufacturers;2. Transport intrastate cannabis items between cannabis establishments;3. Possess and engage in temporary storage of cannabis or cannabis items, as necessary to carry out transportation activities; and4. Dispose of or destroy cannabis items.(b) A cannabis distributor holding a Class 4 Cannabis Distributor license issued by the Commission shall not be authorized to: 1. Cultivate or package cannabis;2. Produce, manufacture or otherwise create, or package cannabis products;3. Transport, transfer, distribute, supply, or sell cannabis, cannabis items, paraphernalia, or related supplies to consumers;4. Purchase or resell cannabis or cannabis items; or5. Transport or possess cannabis or cannabis items outside the State of New Jersey.(c) A cannabis distributor shall only transport usable cannabis and cannabis products that are packaged and labeled in accordance with N.J.A.C. 17:30-16.2 and 16.3.(d) There shall be no limit on the amount of cannabis plants or cannabis items that a microbusiness cannabis distributor may possess for the purposes of transportation each month.N.J.
