Section 17:30-11.9 - Packaging; labeling; release for distribution(a) A cannabis manufacturer shall place a legible, permanently affixed label containing the information specified at N.J.A.C. 17:30-16.3 on each package of finished cannabis product.(b) A cannabis manufacturer shall only release for distribution and transfer cannabis products to another cannabis business, cannabis products that have been properly processed, tested, packaged, sealed, and labeled in accordance with the provisions at N.J.A.C. 17:30-16.2 and 16.3.N.J. Admin. Code § 17:30-11.9
