Section 17:20-5.2 - Termination procedures agents and courier services(a) Upon termination of an agent's license by revocation, resignation, non-renewal of license, or cessation of operations for any other reason, the agent shall appear on a date and at a location designated by the Director to render a final lottery accounting and surrender the license and other lottery property, including, but not limited to: 3. Point of sale material;8. Any other items provided by the Lottery to the agent and all physical references to the Lottery.(b) Upon termination of a courier service registration by revocation, resignation, non-renewal, or cessation of operations for any other reason, the courier service's authorized representative shall appear on a date and at a location designated by the Director to render a final accounting for full reimbursement of all courier customers and surrender all certificates of registration originally issued by the Division. Additionally, the courier service's affiliate agent(s) shall surrender the dedicated terminal(s) to the Lottery. Further, the courier service shall ensure that the courier service's website and mobile applications are no longer active.N.J. Admin. Code § 17:20-5.2
