Section 17:16-69.6 - Admission and withdrawal

(a) No admission to or withdrawal from each Common Pension Fund shall be permitted except on a valuation date and shall be based upon the value of each unit as of that valuation date.

(b) All admissions or withdrawals shall be made in cash or in kind.
