Section 17:16-48.3 - Eligible funds

(a) For purposes of this subchapter, eligible funds shall include:

1. The Public Employees' Retirement System;

2. The State Police Retirement System;

3. The Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund;

4. The Judicial Retirement System of New Jersey; and

5. Any fund classified as a Common Pension Fund and permitted to invest in global equity investments.
