Section 17:11-6.12 - Documents considered public information

Subsequent to DPMC's issuance of notice to all respondents of its intent to recommend a proposed lease agreement to the Committee, the documents submitted by potential lessors (excluding those items exempt from public access pursuant to 47:1A-1 et seq.) shall be considered public information, notwithstanding any disclaimers submitted by the potential lessors to the contrary.
