Section 16:65-3.2 - Service and notice of proceedings

Unless otherwise provided for by statute or by this chapter, or unless otherwise ordered or permitted by the Department, the service and notice of proceedings shall be in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq. and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1: 1.
