Section 16:65-12.5 - Separate series issuance; number; prefix(a) Tariffs shall be issued in separate series and the tariffs in each series shall be numbered in consecutive order. Each number shall show as a prefix the New Jersey Department of Transportation reference number, and shall further show the number of the tariff or tariffs to be superseded, if any, except that the Department will receive for filing any tariffs which apply to the intrastate transportation of passengers or freight by railroad within New Jersey which are identified by the New Jersey Department of Transportation reference number.(b) Rate tariffs shall be prepared and arranged as follows:2.
