Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 27:7-72 et seq., the Department adopts and incorporates by reference 42 U.S.C. §§ 4601 et seq., Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Uniform Act) and 49 CFR Part 24, Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs.
