Section 16:54-7.4 - Operational standards for special use aeronautical facilities

The Manager may require licensees of special use aeronautical facilities to comply with specific provisions of 16:54-7.2or 7.3, or other operational standards, when necessary to promote the public safety, the safety of the general flying public, or the safety of those using the aeronautical facility.
