Section 16:54-6.1 - General design standards for all facilities

All licensed and proposed aeronautical facilities shall be designed, constructed, and maintained in accordance with the provisions of 16:54-6.2, 6.3, and 6.4, in order to provide for the public safety, the safety of those participating in aviation, and the safety of those using the aeronautical facility.
