Any license issued pursuant to the provisions set forth in this chapter may be modified, suspended, or revoked in the interest of public safety or as a result of a violation of the terms of the license and/or any of the provisions of this chapter and/or any of the provisions of 6:1-1 et seq. or the rules promulgated thereunder.
