Section 16:53A-8.1 - Penalty collection

Any penalty imposed pursuant to the Bus Safety Compliance Act, P.L. 1995, c.225, shall be collected, with costs, in a summary proceeding pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law of 1999, 2A:58-10 et seq.
