Section 16:53-7.16 - Steps

(a) The first step at the entrance area shall not exceed 16 inches from the ground when the special autobus-type recreational vehicle is unloaded.

(b) The surface of all steps shall be of a nonskid material.

(c) Steps shall not extend beyond the body limits to a degree that could result in bodily injury or property damage.
