Section 16:53-6.9 - Glazing

(a) All glazing shall conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 205 (49 CFR § 571.205), incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented.

(b) Interior glazing including, but not limited to, mirrors, partitions, cabinets, and lighting fixtures shall be constructed of laminated safety glass or other material approved by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.
