Section 16:53-4.2 - Seating

(a) All seats shall be securely fastened.

(b) An autobus shall have an aisle that extends the entire length of the vehicle. The aisle shall have a minimum width of 14 inches, and shall be unobstructed.

(c) A small autobus shall have an aisle that extends the entire length of the vehicle. The aisle shall have a minimum width of 12 inches, and shall be unobstructed.
