Section 16:53-3.37 - Anti-jackknifing devices

(a) An articulated autobus shall be equipped with an interlock to prevent the vehicle from jackknifing while backing up.

(b) An articulated autobus shall be equipped with an audible or visible signal indicating to the driver when the vehicle is nearing the jackknife position.
