Section 16:53-3.31 - Horn; audible warning device

(a) Each autobus shall be equipped with a horn in proper operating condition to give reasonable warning to others of the approach of the vehicle.

(b) Each autobus shall be equipped with an audible warning device that shall be activated when the vehicle is in reverse.
