Section 16:52-1.1 - Commencement of operation

The operation of a route that has been approved by the Motor Vehicle Commission shall be inaugurated within 60 days from the date of said approval. Failure to do so shall terminate the Motor Vehicle Commission's approval and make the same inoperative and void.
