Section 16:51-8.3 - Discontinuance of service

(a) No autobus or trolley utility shall discontinue the operation of a route or routes, or a portion thereof, without first filing a petition with the Division pursuant to N.J.A.C. 16:51-3.8.

(b) Should any autobus or trolley utility discontinue operation without the permission of the Division, the Division may summarily invoke the sanctions provided by law.
